ProTec Ingredia Ltd is a company formed in 2011 out of the
acquisition of Chesham Speciality Ingredients by Azelis. It was decided that, in order to avoid significant product and supplier overlaps, part of the supplier portfolio of
the existing Chesham business would be spun off into a new company headed by Alan Eastwood under the name of ProTec Ingredia
